Opening in 2021: Where to See Our Designs
Soho House, Canoun Island, St Vincent
The venue: The first Soho House destination in the Caribbean brings 40 bedrooms and a gym to a secluded island, part of St Vincent and the Grenadines, becoming increasingly renowned as a luxuty destination.
Opening date: Early 2021
Soho House, Paris
The venue: A project by luxury hospitality pioneers Soho House, their Paris destination will feature 35 bedrooms, a gym, courtyard garden and pool terrace.
Opening date: Summer 2021
The Hoxton, Rome
The venue: The 10th stunning hotel to be added to the Hoxton portfolio, The Hoxton in Rome will feature a coffee bar, outdoor terrace, restaurant and meeting space. Parquet floors, statement headboards and brass lighting feature throughout, whilst bold colours, local stones and lacquered timbers nod to classic mid-century Italian design.

Soho House, Tel Aviv
The venue: A statement venue boasting all the extravagance of the best spa and resort hotels, Soho House Tel Aviv is being created within a former convent in the historic Jaffa district. A truly boutique experience from a world-class group who now operate 27 locations around the world.
Opening date: Spring 2021
Rosewood, Vienna
The venue: An unsurpassed gateway to one of Europe’s most charming destinations, Rosewood Vienna will combine the best of European architecture and design with a refined yet modern style. The contemporary accommodations will merge the past and present through a thoughtful combination of elegant textural and artistic elements and the latest technological features.
Opening date: 2021/ TBC
Hilton, Woking
The venue: A 189-room showcase venue, this new hotel offers a lobby bar, an all-day dining restaurant and an on-site café plus ballroom and a spectacular Sky Bar with views across Surrey towards London.

Airelles Palace of Versailles, Paris
The venue: Described by the Financial Times as “one of the most anticipated hotel openings in the world”, this prestige destination has just 14 rooms and suites and an opulent, exclusive feel. Its design celebrates 18th-century style and has been created to work in harmony with views of the Orangery and Pièce d’Eau des Suisses lake.

The Guardsman Hotel, London
The venue: A boutique hotel with the feel of a private club, this intimate property features 53 luxurious bedrooms, whilst the top three floors encompass six exclusive residences. Interiors are contemporary and relaxed, complemented by a few carefully chosen, classic and sometimes quirky embellishments.

The Dean Hotel, Cork
The venue: This slice of boutique bliss in the heart of one of Europe’s most exciting cities brings bespoke rooms designed to make guests smile thanks to gadgets, treats and plenty of comfort. Cork’s first design-led boutique hotel boasts a roof-top restaurant with a view like no other. The walls of the hotel, including its bedrooms, are hung with more than 400 works by Irish artists.

Maldron Hotel, Glasgow
The venue: A bright, modern new hotel in a great location just outside Glasgow’s vibrant city centre. A bold, contemporary aesthetic is continued throughout the hotel’s 300 rooms, spacious bar area and top-class meeting room facilities.
Opening date: March 2021
Gleneagles Club, Edinburgh
The venue: The first ever city outpost to be created by the iconic Gleneagles sports and country estate. Designed to be a luxury townhouse, complete with rooftop bar and private club, the hotel is being created in a superb St Andrew Square location in its landmark former Bank of Scotland and British Linen Company building. A total of 33 exquisitely designed bedrooms are individually unique and designed to imbue a sense of understated luxury with an appreciative nod to the heritage of the building.
Opening date: Autumn 2021
Virgin Airways First Class Lounge, Manchester Airport
The venue: Provided for Virgin’s Upper Class passengers and offering floor-to-ceiling windows with a view of the apron. Features include Family Booths with individual smart TVs and a complimentary bar.
Opening date: 2021
Finsbury Tower, London
The venue: This resident and office project transformed an outdated and vacant 1960’s building into a twenty eight storey landmark tower. The facades “echo the colours, textures and solidity of the neighbouring buildings using brick panels with flush lime pointing creating a double height order”. Affordable housing has been included alongside reception, meeting and social spaces.
